None at all. The course starts from the very foundations and builds gently. Whether you're a complete beginner or already working in wellbeing, you'll be met where you are.
Both. The course is built to serve those who want to work with others and those here for their own journey. You'll get everything you need either way and many people arrive for themselves and leave wanting to train further.
Yes the course is IPHM accredited. If you choose to practise, you'll have training that's recognised and insurable. (Always check the specific insurance requirements in your own region.)
It's fully online and self-paced, with video and audio lessons, guided meditations and a complete downloadable workbook. You have the option to attend in person hands on workshops with Jen.
